About ATTO 495

ATTO 495 from ATTO-TEC is a novel fluorescent label derived from the well-known dye Acridine Orange. Characteristic features of the label are strong absorption, high fluorescence quantum yield, and high thermal and photo-stability. The dye shows intense and long-lived phosphorescence in solid matrix or at low temperatures. ATTO 495 is moderately hydrophilic.
