About Calcein Red

Calcein Red is the hydrodlyzed version of Calcein Red, AM. It is commonly used as a cell impermeant, esterase independet control for Calcein Red, AM. Commonly used in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, or fluorescent microplate reader assays. It has an excitation peak at 561 nm and an emission peak at 571 nm.
