About NucView 405

NucView 405 Caspase- 3/7 substrate is a cell-permeant substrate for detecting apoptosis in live cells. It has an excitation peak at 429 nm and an emission peak at 469 nm. This method is often paired with an Annexin V conjugate and impermeant nucleic acid stains. It can be used with the following analysis platforms: Fluorescence Microscopy, Fluorescence Microscopy.
